Surcharges

Oversized and extremely heavy items are marked on their product detail pages as requiring a special surcharge. The surcharge varies depending on the size and weight of the item and others conditiones. Special-order items will incur an additional charge counted by our system per item due to the additional labor or care required in ordering these titles directly from the artist or ship them. Both of these charges will be included in the Shipping & Handling subtotal of your order.

Confirming Prices

Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item's price may decrease between the time you place it in your cart and the time you purchase it.

Some discounts are limited-time offers. Also, as the discount we are able to offer for any item is dependent upon its availability, Tomorrow systems s.r.o's price will necessarily change on occasion.

With respect to items sold by Tomorrow systems s.r.o, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process, exept "auction" section of Tomorrow systems s.r.o website.

Please note, that we will charge  your credit card  for fee as a validation that you enter  "auction" offer for offered item upon your request made on our web, that fee is NOT REFUNDABLE and entering the auction, you absolutely agree this condition.

For your own designs, we will charge you infront of goods delivered (start work) upon the written notice by mail or fax, aproved by customer. This items isued under Own design category are not refundable from any psychical reasons (sample: "you dont like it", or any reasons not described in return policy), remember what you design, you will get. Tomorrow systems s.r.o. can not be hold responsible for sligh differends from original customer design made by artist.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following: 

• If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. 
• If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by Tomorrow systems s.r.o.

Our Returns Policy

You may return most items sold by compexshop.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. However, we have extended our returns deadline for the holidays. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are not always able to exchange items (however, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, and you have set correctly way of shiping method, contact us on mail complaints@compexshop.com for further assistance. )

If you choose  method for shiping without insurance (for sample glass items) we can not be hold responsible for any damage.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. 
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. (damaged - exept items, which was ordered with insurance, those are replaced, or refunded)
• Any item that is gas-powered or contains flammable liquids. 
• Any Payment for so called "Auction fee"
• Any Own designed items for any psychical reasons (sample: you dont like it, lost interest, etc.)

If the item you're returning was not designated as a gift when purchased or if it was not shipped directly to you from compexshop.com, please note that the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (when special shipment method is used, refund will be isued without shipping charges).

We are not always able to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site.

If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
