Compex SXP1224B is a 24-port Fast Ethernet switch with one expansion slot that can be plugged with two 100/1000Mbps copper or fiber modules for long distance or high performance network connection. Advanced features like port-based Virtual LANs and port priority allows segmenting of the network into smaller workgroups and having network traffic prioritization for real-time application servers. The bandwidth control offers network administrators the power to decide the user bandwidth of each port on the switch. Port trunking provides bandwidth aggregation and fail-over redundancy between the switches. All these advanced features are configurable through the SXP1224B console port.
